Canadian Native Northern Tufted Flowers

This beautiful double flower caribou hair tufting was created in 2002 by Helen Bussidor, who worked for The Arctic Trading Company of Churchill, Manitoba, Canada. Tufting is done by sewing down small bundles of animal hair to create pompoms. Then it's trimmed, dyed and attached to the fabric to create the design. In great condition.
